Isla Reserve is a brand of VDGT, LLC. These terms apply to every package sold on islareserve.com and book.islareserve.com.
The resort preview
In appreciation of your time, Isla Reserve’s resort partners have extended these one-time promotional vacation packages. Other than attending the 90 to 120-minute resort preview once during your stay, there are no other obligations. The resort preview is designed to be exciting and informative, allowing you to learn all about the resort facilities, amenities and the area surrounding the resort.
The length of the preview and who must attend are set by each resort’s developer and listed in the resort terms below.
Eligibility
The terms and conditions for each resort have been set forth by the resort developer and are listed below; Isla Reserve holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements. By using this website, you understand that to qualify for the promotional rate you must meet the eligibility requirements in the resort terms for your package. Your held rate
The price shown is the package price for a couple or a family of 4. No processing fee is added at checkout; the total is shown in full before you pay. Airfare and airport transfers are not included.
The price is the total for the entire stay, not per person or per night. Resort fees and taxes, where a resort charges them, are due when you confirm your travel dates and are set out in the resort terms below.
Your dates
Choose your travel dates by phone with a Monster Reservations Group specialist any time up to 18 months after purchase. There are no blackout dates, but availability is first come, first served, so we recommend booking two to three months ahead, especially for holidays and school breaks. Advance notice is required, and each resort’s minimum is set out in its resort terms. Requested dates are subject to confirmation.
Until your travel dates are set, you may give your package to an eligible friend or family member. Once dates are locked in, transfers are no longer possible.
If your dates aren’t available
We are confident in meeting your date requirements. If your preferred dates aren’t available, we offer a 5-day full money-back guarantee: contact us within 5 days of purchase at 800-206-1819 or hello@islareserve.com for a full refund. After that window, refunds are not available because of the promotional pricing of the package. Residents of some states have a longer cancellation period, as set out in the resort terms below.
Using this website
You acknowledge and agree that Isla Reserve shall be entitled to establish the authenticity of any communication transmitted to it by way of or otherwise through the Internet which purports to emanate from you. You agree that all instructions, consents, commitments, reservations and any other communications which purport to emanate from you and which are sent to Isla Reserve by way of or otherwise through the Internet and which may (as a result of, inter alia, interception, equipment malfunction, the distortion of communication links or any other reason whatsoever) be different from the details actually sent or given, or may not have been given by you at all, shall be deemed to have been given by you in the form and content actually received by Isla Reserve and you will be bound by such details with no liability of whatever nature attaching to Isla Reserve in connection thereto. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not use the website.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use the website you will be bound by any legal obligations and liabilities that you may incur as a result of accessing or using the website and the services. You agree to supervise all usage of the website by any minors under your name or account.

Resort terms: Villa Group / Tafer
These terms apply to Villa del Palmar Resort & Spa (Puerto Vallarta), Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas, Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta and GR Solaris Lighthouse. The following terms and conditions have been set forth by the resort developer. Isla Reserve holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements.

As a qualified participant, Isla Reserve / Monster Reservations Group would like to offer you the opportunity to enjoy this incredible hotel offer of savings up to 83% off the retail price. This package promotion includes Hotel Room Accommodations: Up to 5-Day/4-Night accommodations at a local area hotel which can sleep up to 4 people. Max 2 adults & 2 kids (12 & under). All Inclusive plans begin and end at the stated check in and check out times. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations.
Primary Travelers must meet the Resort’s Qualifications: You must be at between the ages of 30 and 70 years of age. Minimum annual household income of $50,000 USD is required. Minimum creditworthiness is required. Attendance of a 120-minute presentation is necessary to receive this special offer. You and your spouse, if married, or partner if cohabitating, must attend the presentation. You must also have a valid personal major credit card bearing a MasterCard(R), Visa(R), American Express(R), or Discover(R) logo. You, and your spouse if applicable, must be able to read, write, and speak English and/or Spanish. Vacation Ownership employees are ineligible. Please bring a valid photo ID and a major credit card to check-in at your presentation. This promotion is for U.S. and Canadian citizens only with a valid passport. Group travel is prohibited.
You may cancel and request a refund at any time within three (3) days following the date you purchased your vacation package, less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received. You must call the vacation specialist number in your confirmation email within 3 days (KY RESIDENTS 14 days & FL RESIDENTS 30 days) after your purchase date to receive a full refund. Refunds after the stated period are not available due to the promotional pricing of this offer.
Hotel/Resort check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. The hotel/resort fees and taxes are due when confirming your arrival dates prior to your stay. A security deposit on an active credit card is required at the time of check-in.
A 30-day advance booking notice is required to secure your reservation and preferred accommodations. Please note that while we advertise specific properties, they are not guaranteed because you have 18 months to use the package. This means, depending on your travel dates, we may need to offer alternative but comparable hotel/resort accommodations. Reservations are subject to availability.
Additional Options: We offer a 5th night upgrade that can be added to the package at the time of checkout.
Normal travel expenses such as transportation, airfare, meals, parking, resort fees, and room incidentals are not included. Total room taxes, which are $317.03 per stay are due at the time of setting your travel dates. The hotel will charge $6.00 USD per night per room at check-out. This is a mandatory country sanitation tax. A flexible rescheduling policy is available if contact is made at a minimum of fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date. Rescheduling fee for vacations range from an approximate $380-$400 and is dependent upon both requested dates and availability. If not pre-purchased, White Glove Service will be offered as an add-on at the time of setting dates and is not required. White Glove Service offers a complimentary reschedule if used 15 days prior to your arrival date, an in-depth E-booklet of the destination you are traveling to, and a separate toll-free number that jumps the queue ensuring you’re first in line.
Please note that not completing the full sales presentation and/or not qualifying under the terms of this stated agreement will result in a $500-$1200 fee to the active credit card on file, depending on the full price of the accommodations. Any and all premiums and benefits will only be honored upon legitimate completion of the presentation and compliance with all terms of this offer unless prohibited by law. The package is fully transferable to another qualified guest if the original purchaser is no longer able to preview and travel as scheduled.
