Eligibility
Eligibility requirements apply to every package and are confirmed on your date-selection call. Exact age, household, income, residency and attendance criteria, and prior-participation exclusions: pending counsel review.
Your held rate
The price shown is the package price for a couple or a family of 4. A 7% processing fee is added at checkout and shown in full before you pay. Airfare and airport transfers are not included.
Your dates
Choose your travel dates by phone with a Monster Reservations Group specialist any time up to 18 months after purchase. Requested dates are subject to confirmation.
If the dates don’t work
If your requested dates cannot be fulfilled within 18 months of purchase, we will refund your full package payment. Date-request conditions, claim steps, exclusions and refund timing: pending counsel review.
Fulfillment
All bookings, reservations and customer support are fulfilled by Monster Reservations Group. Seller-of-travel registrations for Isla Reserve: pending confirmation.
